Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Difficult tertiary revision rhinoplasty (autologous costal cartilage + artificial dermis), finally 1 month post-op

After after after after before<This is before surgery~>It’s not a revision rhinoplasty, it’s a tertiary revision rhinoplasty lol To summarize, this was my third surgery lol; So unlike a regular rhinoplasty... Autologous costal cartilage and artificial dermis... and so on, the surgery itself inevitably had to be different ㅠ; Thankfully, this time, finally... I think it really came out with a look I’m satisfied with ㅠㅜ

For the surgery I had this time, they removed the slight hump, performed nasal bridge osteotomy, raised the nasal bridge, lifted the nasal tip, and used autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip and AlloDerm... artificial dermis lol;

Looking at the comments... there were people saying they want a fourth or fifth revision rhinoplasty... I hope you succeed quickly ㅠㅠ and finally settle ㅠ

Still, I think this time I met someone I communicated well with, so I was able to improve my nose that was low, short, and had a hump.

During the consultation, honestly... the most important part was... since this was a tertiary revision rhinoplasty, it was that no matter how much we raise it, it won’t get any higher beyond a certain point... Of course, I know better than anyone that there are limits to what can be achieved with what I have,

but the director said he would raise it as much as possible to fit me, but since it’s a tertiary revision rhinoplasty, it would be better not to overdo it and to compromise, so lol I was able to have the surgery without pressure.

I’m one month post-op now, and the swelling seems to be going down faster than my facial contour swelling did. No, since it’s a tertiary revision rhinoplasty, I expected it to last a really long time, but honestly my nose swelling seems to be going down quickly.

The runny nose that kept flowing uncontrollably and the constant booger issue have also improved a lot now~ All I’m doing is applying a little ointment to the nasal tip and inside the nose~

How does my nose look at 1 month post-op~?
