Question about male hump nose surgery (no implant)

I visited consultations at a few places because of male hump nose surgery without an implant. They all had in common that they would raise the nasal tip and shave down the hump, but one place said that even if the nasal tip is raised, because the brow bone protrudes quite a bit, the glabella needs to be filled so it won’t look strange. But among them, there was one place that said costal cartilage would have to be used to slightly shave the hump and raise the glabella, while another place said that this degree of slight glabella augmentation could also be done with ear cartilage.
