The consultation was long and detailed, so the consultation fee didn’t feel wasteful at all. It felt like listening to a lecture about alar reduction, just like other reviews said. I liked that they analyzed the shape of my nose in detail. The counselor also spoke in a comfortable atmosphere and was kind. The director clearly told me which surgeries would be good for my nose and which ones would not be good (the director seemed very busy and spoke very quickly, so I had to listen carefully.. The doctor consultation was short) But the cost is really expensive. I wasn’t interested in surgery to raise the bridge of my nose, and I went there only because I wanted to change the shape of my alae nasi. For my nose, doing only alar reduction would make breathing uncomfortable and the shape odd, so I needed surgeries that improve the overall nose shape, such as alar rim correction, alar base improvement, and columella grafting. Even alar reduction alone is expensive, and once several things were added, the price became beyond imagination.. I had heard a lot that it was expensive, so I expected it to some extent, but it is really, really expensive....
