The manager was kind, and the director also explained things in a calm, detailed way. I had a consultation for a non-implant procedure, and they explained what materials would be used, but there was no detailed explanation of how exactly those materials would be handled, so I was disappointed. Still, if I do have surgery, the structure inside my nose will change, so it would have been better if they had explained exactly how the surgery would be carried out.
