It's my first surgery, so I'm working hard to research clinics online, but there are so many clinics that I'm dizzy I have a really large, bulbous nose with a slight hump and wide nostril wings, and since I'm also on the large, muscular side and want to keep a masculine feel, I really hate a straight-with-slight-curve line or a ski-slope nose. Please recommend clinics that are good at creating a straight nose with this kind of feel, seniors
