The manager first listened to the type of nose I wanted, explained it based on that, and then the surgeon came in, checked the nose shape while reviewing the images, looked at the nasal endoscopy too, and told me the maximum bridge height that would be suitable and helped confirm it. He also explained what procedures would be best, and when I said I also wanted alar reduction, he said that would be better done after the main rhinoplasty and recommended against doing it together. The consultation was professional, the staff were kind, and the waiting time was not long. They said they only operate on two patients a day.
