I went in for a consultation about a first nose surgery without implants, and they spoke honestly about both what could be gained from surgery and what I would have to accept. There was absolutely no pressure to have surgery, and they told me to go home, think it over some more, and ask anything I wanted in the clinic blog comments. I still haven't made up my mind, but I recommend at least going for the consultation.
