I'm looking up a ton of reviews because of my under-eyes, and these days lower blepharoplasty + under-eye fat grafting are often done together like a set. But I don't think I need fat grafting, and honestly I'm a little scared of fat grafting lol, so I only want lower blepharoplasty. I should still be able to see results, right? I'm filtering out places that always recommend fat grafting, but please recommend some. ㅊㅂㅉ and ㅅㅅㅇ are the two places I've looked at.
