I’m worried because my nasal bridge seems low and my nostrils/alar base seem wide. Especially when viewed from the side, I have a low nose and protruding mouth, so I’m sad because I look like a monkey. My body fat percentage is 32% right now, so I’m debating whether to lose some weight first and then get a consultation, or get a consultation now and have surgery during my vacation.
