I had surgery 5 years ago!
I had a short bulbous nose and a fairly high nasal bridge. The nasal tip was raised using ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and mesh (they said they would insert it if needed after opening it up, and in the end they did). They also performed osteotomy to make the nasal bridge slimmer. I think they also corrected my slightly crooked nose.
I don't remember the exact price, but at the time it was expensive for a first surgery. I think it was more expensive because they treated my rhinitis and did osteotomy.
Conclusion: extremely satisfied
Until 3 months, the swelling between my eyebrows was severe, so I was subtly dissatisfied (though people around me had no idea at all. It was just like, “Something changed..? You lost weight!”). But as I forgot about it and lived my life, the swelling went down and my nose became very glamorous and pretty. I think they said they were a place that does surgery so it doesn't look obvious, but since I already had a nasal bridge, they made it slim and straight to match that, so it ended up kind of glamorous..?
There are no side effects, and the nasal tip has not drooped or lifted; it is being maintained beautifully.
If I had to find something I’m dissatisfied with, it would be that I can’t make a pig nose, and when I smile it subtly becomes a hooked nose.. Also, because the design is completely straight, it can look a little masculine?
I think the director’s aesthetic is a straight nose + lengthening the nasal tip, and since I have a short midface and somewhat strong features, I think that design suits me well.
Over the years, I’ve been hearing a lot that I’m pretty. Even my boyfriend, whom I got after 5 years, likes my nose the most on my face; I’m grateful to the director.
