The director was straightforward and explained my questions well, which was good. When I didn’t like the line they first marked for me, they reflected my needs and marked it several more times, and I liked it exactly. Seeing them mark the line with a pen, dot it, and carefully record the mm and desired line shape on the chart made me like that they went this far even though it was just a consultation. The manager was extremely kind.
