I’m a man who has always had a complex about my nose, and I want to get rhinoplasty. But I don’t want surgery that involves putting in filler or silicone. My optic nerves are naturally weak, so I get regular checkups. I heard there are cases where vision problems can occur. Is it possible to have rhinoplasty without touching the area between the eyes? If it is possible, I’d like to have it done by Dr. Lee Kyung-mook, who is well known for men’s nose surgery. ㅇㅂㅈ My biggest complex is that my nostrils and nasal alae are large. I’m wondering if it’s possible to do only alar base reduction and nostril reduction.
