After being stressed for years because of my severe bulbous nose, I consulted several clinics and decided on a natural-looking approach, then went ahead with nose surgery. The photos are from 1 month after surgery! Ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage were placed in the nasal tip, silicone was placed on the nasal bridge, and both internal and external alar base incisions were performed~ They told me that nasal swelling only starts to go down after at least 1-2 months, but looking at it now, 1 month later, compared with my nose before surgery, my nostrils/alar base have become much smaller and my nasal tip has become much slimmer. Since I now have a nasal bridge that I did not have before, I was also told that my overall impression looks different, which made me very happy. The swelling still needs to go down more, but for now, my nose is already much slimmer than before, so I am very satisfied!
