I’m 18, and my nose is a huge complex for me. My nose is small, my nostrils are really big, and I have a bulbous nose, but everything except my nose is okay. I want surgery, but I’ve heard a lot that even if you get surgery for a bulbous nose, it keeps getting lower and eventually becomes the same as before. Is that really true? Or if anyone has experienced that, please share a review ㅠㅠ Also, since my nose is small, I’m not going to raise it a lot, but I’m scared it might become a chalk-like nose. What is the standard for ending up with a chalk-like nose?
