After having surgery three times with Director Kang Cha-young at Glory Nose Lab, the improvement in my nasal tip was insufficient, so I trusted them and decided to remove the existing donated costal cartilage and use new donated costal cartilage. However, they removed only part of the existing donated costal cartilage and put in three layers of ear cartilage. And now they are insisting that there is no problem on the chart and no negligence. Depending on how you frame it, anything can be made to sound one way or another. The hospital said that apart from what I am saying subjectively, if there is anything objective they can add, they would leave an additional comment, so please do.
