<Left is current, right is Photoshop><Left is current, right is Photoshop><Left is current, right is a celebrity>The first two photos above both have the current state on the left, and on the right I only shortened the nasal tip length with Photoshop. In the third photo, it did come out especially long, but compared with the normal nose on the right, it is soooooo long.
It has only been 2 weeks, but it was a closed approach, so there is less swelling. Even if the swelling goes down, I do not think the actual length of the nasal tip itself will change like in the photo on the right...
No matter how much I tell the hospital that did the surgery, they say it is not long, and that if it is shortened instead it will become a collapsed-looking nose and so on. Do you think that is true? They say the unedited left side looks better than the side I photoshopped. Does it really look that way to you?
I am curious whether it would be enough to just remove or reduce the nasal tip cartilage, or whether I need an entirely different revision surgery.
