They said it didn't seem like inflammation or contracture and told me to go to a dermatologist. At that time it wasn't severe, but after I went through something that made my condition worse, inflammation burst in that protruding area, so I went to a dermatologist, got an anti-inflammatory injection, and took 3 days' worth of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication.
