I really, truly want to remove everything and leave only a very small amount, just in case for the future. My nasal bridge is on the low side, but they say that after taking it all out, they usually use a small amount of septal cartilage to match the low height and prevent a step-off. Has anyone here had surgery like that? I like having a plump nasal tip If I remove everything and leave only the support, will it still look a lot like I had nose surgery? I’m also curious whether the foreign-body sensation is the same
