Two months ago, I had surgery to raise my nasal tip using septal cartilage. But the doctor said it would be good to also raise the nasal alar rim and shave down the hump slightly, so I did it, and I regret it so much. The nasal alar rims were raised too much, so they look lifted as if pinched, and my nose became bulbous. I want to restore it, but they say I’d need nostril lowering to do thatㅠㅠㅠ I seriously want to die.
