Does anyone happen to know a place in Gangnam that’s good at revision rhinoplasty? I'm in such a hurry. This would already be my 3rd nose revision.. The first time was with septal cartilage, and the others used silicone, but every time it gets to about 3 years, scar tissue keeps forming and it gets sunken in;(depressed?) I wondered if it was just this time, but when I looked into it, it seems like there’s a definite cycle. The first one had been a long time ago and my nasal tip got blunt, so I redid it, and the second and third times both had scar tissue form and a slight indentation like a dimple, so revisionㅡㅡ Is it just me? Do I have a silicone side effect? Or could it be because I have rhinitis and dryness, so I touch and pick my nose often? That happened then too, so I had the 3rd revision, and it had been okay until now, but lately it looks worse.. I'm so stressed. I need revision surgery for my eyes and nose. Does anyone know a good hospital?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
