They say extension surgery has a lot of side effects, and I really regret that I think I had it done 10 years ago recklessly without thinking When I searched posts, the downsides of extension surgery were foreign-body sensation, a droopy arrow-shaped nose feeling when smiling, and nasal obstruction, and I have all of them I also wonder if the foreign-body sensation is something I feel more because of the extension surgery than because of the strut. My nose was done with all the bad methods, so I’m thinking about removal, but I have a lot of worries. I had osteotomy, septal extension, columellar strut, nasal tip, and ear cartilage done like this I’m scared they’ll say it will collapse if removed, so they won’t recommend removal and will recommend revision surgery instead I made an appointment, but…
