I had a full removal at ㅅㅅㅇ almost 6-7 years ago. Honestly, I’m satisfied with the removal and have no regrets. But the clinic where I had my first surgery shaved my nasal bridge, so it has a slightly flatfish-like look. They did refine it a bit during the removal, but it sometimes shows under certain lighting or in photos, so these days it’s been stressing me out without me even realizing it. It’s clearly different from my original nose too… Other people probably wouldn’t really notice, and my family says the full removal looks much better. But I just want to slightly correct this one area. My skin is very thin, and the show-through was a big reason I had it removed, so I’m ruling out silicone…
