Will there be a big step-off with the nasal tip...? They’re telling me to remove only the silicone through a closed approach, but my silicone implant is 4.5 mm, so it was placed pretty high... I feel like it’ll look funny if I don’t reposition the nasal tip, but I really don’t want to go back to my original nose by removing everything up to the tip ㅠㅠ If I want to reposition the nasal tip, it would have to be an open approach, right...
