The nose shape is okay, but I want to fix everything: how much the nostrils show from the front, the asymmetry in how much the left and right nostrils show, and how the columella area comes down too much when I smile, making it look really weird. The clinic says that if I want to fix this, shaving the columella area (they used ear cartilage here) and lowering the nostril rim would make it better.. The price is about 1 million won! I’m debating whether to go consult at another clinic or just live with it I’m also upset that there’s a retouch fee.. The nostrils showing from the front will probably keep showing even after 6 months, right? If only the nostrils didn’t show from the front, I could just live with it
