It’s crooked, so during this revision surgery I’m thinking of removing it entirely or lowering it to 1-2 mm. My original nasal bridge was on the higher side, but it was slightly uneven like a mild hump nose, so I had osteotomy. Has anyone lowered their silicone a few years after osteotomy? Did it go completely back to your natural nose?
