A year and a half ago, I had surgery at ㄱㄹㅂ with 3D silicone plus septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and my nasal tip drooped after just one month. I was originally going to have revision surgery with costal cartilage, but I want to stop worrying about my nose, and my side profile is worse now than before surgery. The hospital says they’ll do it if I want. It’s not like they botched it there, and before it drooped, I was satisfied with the shape. I’m also still receiving aftercare for scar tissue, and it’s not bad, so I’m wondering if I should just do it there. But I see a lot of people doing removal at hospitals specializing in removal, so I’d like some advice. It’s not inflammation or contracture. I just don’t want my nose to take up my time anymore

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
