I can make a pig nose about 70%; once the scar tissue loosens in the future, I guess it’ll get to about 80 to 90% lol My surgery timeline: in 2014, I had silicone placed on the nasal bridge and the nasal tip built up with septal cartilage. In 2018, I was discouraged because I was told my nose would collapse if the septal cartilage was removed, so I removed only the silicone and filled that area with autologous dermis from the buttock. In 2023, I removed the septal cartilage from the nasal tip, the end. Because the doctor who did my 2018 surgery didn’t remove the septal cartilage, I ended up opening my nose one more time. I guess it depends on how much it shows through, but first of all, unless it’s simply an L-shaped silicone implant or the silicone has shifted out of place, having ear cartilage show through at the nasal tip isn’t a dangerous situation…
