I only had my nasal tip cartilage tied!! (nothing else) It's been 3 days since the surgery, but my nostrils have become pointy, so I want to have it undone. Has anyone had it undone...? Since it was tied and then untied, it should go back to how it was before, right? Please, if anyone has done this, let me know If it goes back, how long does it take to return? And I heard that even if you undo it, it contracts again. Does that happen too??

I guess it depends on how much it shows through, but first of all, unless it’s simply an L-shaped silicone implant or the silicone has shifted out of place, having ear cartilage show through at the nasal tip isn’t a dangerous situation…
