I guess it depends on how much it shows through, but first of all, unless it’s simply an L-shaped silicone implant or the silicone has shifted out of place, having ear cartilage show through at the nasal tip isn’t a dangerous situation, right? Is there anyone whose ear cartilage shows through but just lives with it? It shows through about that much
