I have a really intense foreign-body sensation in my nose. Every time I turn my head it throbs, and when I bend downward, it feels like it shifts downward and gets pulled along. I also have tightness between the eyebrows, headaches, and gum pain. Even though I'm basically living on Tylenol right now, the pain isn't going away. So I went to two ENT clinics, and at each place I had a CT scan and nasal endoscopy, but they said there was nothing particularly abnormal, that the silicone wasn't displaced and was sitting well, that there didn't seem to be any external problem, and that they couldn't know the pain I personally feel. In this case, if I remove the nasal implant, will the pressure or pain I'm feeling now immediately…
