I’m looking into removing a septal extension and ear cartilage I’ve heard a lot of comments saying that removing a septal extension can cause a saddle nose, or that cartilage repositioning is not enough, and I’m curious why. Doesn’t taking the septum and extending it forward put strain on the septum? I thought that if it’s removed, there would actually be less force on the septum, so the chance of it collapsing would be lower, but I’m curious why people say removal is dangerous. Is there anyone who knows well?
