Hi, please refer to my previous post. After my revision rhinoplasty in 2021 with silicone, donated rib cartilage, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, I was extremely stressed because of 1. silicone lifting and a high glabella, and 2. fluid collecting in the nasal bridge, so I removed only the silicone. I kept the tape on for just 3 days and took it off haha. Since my original nose is very low, I was really worried there would be a step-off if I removed only the silicone, but so far there’s no step-off and it isn’t bumpy either. Honestly, a lot of the three-dimensional definition of my face is gone, but since the glabella is lower, it looks natural, and bare-faced it’s much better.
