I had surgery 2 years ago, and for revision surgery I had 6 mm MegaDerm on the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage in the nasal tip. My nasal skin is thin, and maybe because the nasal tip was raised a lot, it’s a bit red from the nasal dorsum to the nasal tip. First, I’m planning to go to the hospital where I had surgery, but there’s no throbbing, tenderness, or swelling, so I don’t think it’s inflammation. In a case like this, should I lower the nasal tip a bit? I think it’s a blood circulation problem, but what are some ways to improve symptoms like this? Please help
