I’m 4 months post-op from my first surgery. Because I’m dissatisfied with the shape, the nasal tip is too pointy and doesn’t suit my image, and I feel anxious, I’m thinking about total removal. When I asked the hospital where I had the surgery, they said they would only charge the anesthesia fee and lower the nasal tip a little, and they said they absolutely do not recommend total removal Anyway, I do want to have it properly removed by the person who performed the surgery, but I also feel like removal-specialized hospitals probably exist for a reason Has anyone had removal done at the hospital where they had surgery?
