I'm getting a full removal the week after next, and I took one week of annual leave. But my job involves talking a lot, so I'll be moving my mouth a lot. Even so, will it be okay and not put strain on my nose?ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
