Does the circled part become like that because the nasal tip is drooping? It used to be straight, but it feels like it’s gradually becoming more visible. I used ear cartilage for the nasal tip.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
