I had a consultation at ㅍㄹㅁ, and they said to remove the silicone and ear cartilage and reuse the septal cartilage. I said I didn't want to leave anything behind, but they said it would be okay because only a small amount of septal cartilage would go in. For those who left septal cartilage, how is your nasal tip? I liked this consultation the most, but I have a consultation booked at ㅊㅁ this month, so I'm going to go there too and then decide.
