I have contracture, so I was debating whether to remove the silicone or replace it, and I went for consultations. But the implants the clinics recommended for revision rhinoplasty were different. ㅇㅂㅋ suggested removing it and then doing it without an implant, while ㅁㄷㅇ said it would be good to remove it and do revision rhinoplasty with autologous rib cartilage. As a safer way to replace the silicone, I feel like going implant-free might be better, but looking at it from a long-term perspective, autologous rib cartilage also seems okay, so I'm torn,, lol All the clinics explained enough about how they would design the nose shape and what surgical approach they would use, so I think I just need to choose which implant/material I want for the revision, but I can't really decide.. lol If you were me, after removing the silicone, what implant/material would you choose for revision rhinoplasty???

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
