Nose Re-Surgery

[6 months after primary surgery] I got A/S surgery today to remove scar tissue

<6 months after primary surgery> As you can see in my previous post, even though it became February, 6 months after surgery, the scar tissue had not been absorbed and remained, making my nose look bulbous from the outside. + Scar tissue also filled up inside the nostril, narrowing the right nasal airway and making it hard to breathe. So I went for a consultation and to check the 6-month progress, and the director said there were two methods. 1. Do scar-tissue laser treatment using a closed approach. (The appearance won't improve)     And if I really want scar-tissue injections, try small amounts over a long period. (But they kept advising against scar-tissue injections.. because of various side effects) 2. Remove the scar tissue using an open approach. After thinking about it, I just did open surgery again, option 2.. The director said that if I were their acquaintance, they probably would have recommended option 1, but if the asymmetry is causing enough stress to interfere with daily life, then option 2 would rather be better. For me, more than not being able to breathe properly, I started hating being photographed with that bulbous-nose look and even facing my own face in the mirror So one week after the consultation, today, I just went ahead and had the scar-tissue removal surgery.. I really don't want another open surgery anymore!! I'm going to manage it harder so scar tissue doesn't form this much again. Please share tips for managing scar tissue, swelling, and bruising!!!! haha
