First, I do not recommend zygoma surgery... If you absolutely have to do it, do it through a scalp incision.. If you do an intraoral incision, they cannot even push the zygoma in properly, and seriously.. when you look at the side view, it is like a hill. It almost rivals the nose... And ladies.... the worst thing... If you naturally have skin that is not good... After surgery, I do not know how long it will last, but all kinds of skin trouble .... Around the zygoma... it gets red... and bumpy all over.. I really regret the zygoma... If yours is not that severe... just live satisfied with it.. If it is severe... go somewhere good that does scalp incisions and get it done... Intraoral incision + preauricular skin incision, absolutely... no no And these days, things called quick this or that, saying the price is cheap and recovery is fast, if you do them, you will suffer. It absolutely does not reduce, and you only waste money..
