The clinic where I originally had surgery isn’t a factory-style clinic, and it’s also famous in this community for revision surgery, but they did the surgery in a way that really doesn’t suit my face. There are no functional problems, and I only dislike it aesthetically, so I’m thinking of revision surgery where they remove the silicone and leave only the septal cartilage at the nasal tip.
