I’m on day 10 after surgery.. I did ask for a natural-glam nose, but still, I feel like my nasal tip is too lowㅠ I don’t think it’ll change that much even after the swelling goes down.. Maybe I should’ve gone for a more dramatic lookㅜㅜ This is my 4th nose surgery... looks like I’ll end up doing it againㅠ Sorry about the blackheads
깽깽이발로가요 What material did you use? If it’s your 4th surgery, did you use autologous costal cartilage? Even considering nasal tip drooping, the current line looks really pretty.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
