I have a bulbous nose with a high bridge. I had osteotomy, no implant, autologous costal cartilage nasal tip surgery, and columella lowering. As the swelling goes down from the front view, it's gradually improving and I like it, and from exactly 90 degrees, it doesn't look that overwhelmingㅜ But seriously, from certain angles ㅠ somewhere between 50 and 70 degrees..? At those times it feels too pointyㅠ It has gotten much better than in the beginning, but I don't know if it will get more natural from hereㅠ They said I can lower the nasal tip after waiting 6 months. If you were me, would you do it..?ㅠㅠ My original nose was naturally long and high, so I wonder if this is the limitㅠㅠ Every day I look in the mirror, take videos and photos, and I'm really spiraling mentally
rlarladl If it were me, I wouldn't do it. First of all, it already looks very pretty now, and considering it's only been a little over 1 month, I think it looks really pretty
복코가슬퍼 [@rlarladl] Doesn't it look like Pinocchio??ㅠ I heard autologous costal cartilage doesn't come downㅠ
rlarladl [@복코가슬퍼] It looks natural and really pretty even now
복코가슬퍼 [@rlarladl] Sob sob, thank you ㅠㅠ I think I'm so mentally obsessed that I can't judge things clearly I'll keep your advice in mind
나팔바지유정 Um.. it's so similar to my ideal nose that I don't think I would do it. It's pretty, you ㅠㅠ
복코가슬퍼 [@나팔바지유정] Even the upper photo too?? ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Doesn't the upper photo look too overwhelming??
탑지 Revision surgery, really..? It looks pretty now!! And anyway, the nasal tip will keep lowering over 6 months
복코가슬퍼 [@탑지] Will autologous costal cartilage lower too?!ㅠㅠ Honestly, I can't tell if it's gotten lower from week 3 to now
Yuoop2997 It will definitely lower... Later, you might be worried because it got too low... Why open up a perfectly fine nose again! At 3 weeks, the swelling hasn't even gone down yet... Swelling after nose surgery can last more than 6 months
복코가슬퍼 [@Yuoop2997] You mean autologous costal cartilage also lowers a little!!ㅜ Yeah, thank you. I’ll keep that in mind!!!
미마몽 It's so, so pretty... I'm jealous..
복코가슬퍼 [@미마몽] Thank youㅠㅠ But I’m always staring into the mirror, totally in obsessive-anxiety mode…
rlarladl [@복코가슬퍼] Yeah, I came back because I got another comment notification, and it really looks natural and pretty. Even though it’s only been 1 month, even if, just if, by any chance this were after all the swelling had gone down, it would still be pretty. Pinocchio... doesn’t come to mind at all. And I don’t know noses that well, but I once saw a friend who had her nasal tip done with autologous costal cartilage, and at 1 month post-op the nasal tip looked a little awkward and slightly noticeable (yours doesn’t even have that noticeable look), and I saw her a few months later, you know? It didn’t show at all. It kept becoming more natural. Anyway, your nose is pretty.
앙팈 If it were me, I absolutely wouldn’t do it
xxss It’s super pretty. If my nose were even just like yours, I would absolutely never have revision surgery
너조아름 No... It’s still early after surgery, and I think I’d wait a little longer
복코가슬퍼 [@rlarladl] So autologous costal cartilage can also become naturalㅠㅠㅠ Thank you so much for giving such realistic and kind advice!
뷉베 There’s no guarantee you’ll like it more if you have revision surgery, and your nose already looks pretty enough now, so if it were me, I wouldn’t..
alflal From what I see, the nose shape and height are so pretty.. I think this is a matter of preference
qwaszx103 How is your nasal tip now?? Has it come down a bit?? I’m also almost 1 month post-op with autologous costal cartilage, and just like you, my nasal tip is too high and pointy, so I’m worriedㅜㅜ
