I had my nasal tip done with autologous costal cartilage last year, and since about 2-3 months ago, it seems to be showing through very slightly white. The shape also seems a bit pointed, and since my nose was originally small, maybe there isn’t enough skin. Would it be better to just go in early and have it removed or shaved down? If it’s not going to get worse from here, I just want to live with it.
