It’s been 2 weeks since I had surgery with 3 mm silicone + donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage, but I don’t like the shape and it looks unnatural, so I’m planning to get an AS revision after 6 months I want to make it as natural as possible and raise only the nasal tip slightly (my original nose felt like the tip was sunken,,) I really want to raise it just a little, very naturally, but even then, will my face look a lot longer? My midface is on the long side, so they shaped it to make it look shorter, and that’s why I don’t like itㅜ I really don’t want the shape of my natural nose to be changed Having a low nasal tip is my natural nose, and the nasal tip I want is exactly that kind of feel
익명 At 2 weeks, isn’t that when the shape hasn’t settled at all yet? The nose looks different at 3 months, different at 6 months, and different even at 1 year.. I think it’s still way too early to talk about the shape definitively

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
