During my first surgery, I had a support strut using septal bone for the nasal tip and ear cartilage, but during my revision surgery, while removing the silicone, I also lowered the nasal tip to a stable height. I removed the ear cartilage that had been repositioned and placed slightly on top because it was showing through. It’s been about 2 years now, and I feel like my nasal tip is gradually becoming sharper. Usually, when cartilage gets absorbed, doesn’t the nasal tip start drooping? Are there cases where it becomes sharper like mine? Maybe because of that, as the nasal tip cartilage gets smaller, my nostril show from the front is increasing too It feels like my nostrils are becoming triangular.
