I had surgery a full 20 years ago. Back then, I was young and didn’t really research it properly, but it looks so subtle that people usually don’t know I had surgery. My nose is a bit crooked, the tip is a little upturned, and my columella is recessed, so it looks slightly like a pig nose, which is my complex. But as I’ve been going around for revision rhinoplasty consultations, some doctors said it would be better to redo it, even because of the material (Gore-Tex). They said it’s not used much these days… You can also see a bit of cartilage showing through at the tip, right? Anyway, I have to decide now, but I’m scared. I keep worrying it might go wrong, make me look older, or cause side effects… I feel like I’m doing it too late in life (in my 40s) ㅜㅜ Objectively, what do you think of my nose shape?
