It’s been over 2 years since my third nasal tip surgery. I used autologous costal cartilage, and the nasal tip is beyond round; it feels sunken ㅠ Ha, please recommend clinics that do a glamorous style. Right now, I can’t breathe well only through the right side of my nose, and because of scar tissue on the right side of my nasal tip, it protrudes + only the nasal tip is crooked. That’s my current state. I can’t take front-facing photos, and I used to like taking photos, but it’s so stressful that I’ve taken fewer than 10 photos over 2 years ㅠ For reference, my philtrum is close, and I don’t think my nasolabial angle is even around 80 degrees, so it’s short. So I want the columella to be brought down a bit. That’s what would make my facial proportions look right. A list, please. ㅇㅇㅂ Kim ㄷㄷㅇ Eom ㄷㄴ Kim ㄹㅂㄹ ㅁㅋ For a glamorous style, about these,,?? 메존메루지엔나 Shouldn’t the nasolabial angle be excluded too?! ㅇㅇㅂ or ㄷㄷㅇ seem okay, but first go for consultations. Since it’s your third surgery, you need to be cautious anyway, so it would be good to understand your current condition and hear about surgical methods from several directors.
연날리나 I’m also looking at naturally glamorous to glamorous styles, and the reviews for ㅁㅋ, ㄹㅂㄹ, and ㅂㅇㅁ seem okay. They also seem to use autologous costal cartilage well.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
