After the first surgery, I had 1mm silicone and septoplasty, but because the tip drooped and the shape was unsatisfying, I had a second surgery 6 months ago with 5mm silicone and donor rib cartilage. My nose gets very red every night from the bridge to the tip, and I clearly feel a somewhat stiff sensation, so I’m thinking about removing the silicone at the hospital where I had the surgery. If I remove the silicone, I should have all the donor rib cartilage removed too, right? I’m also torn between trusting the original surgery hospital to do it and going to a removal specialist. But I’m getting married next year, and I have a wedding shoot in October—if I remove it, will the shape recover by then? After removing it…
