For my previous two rhinoplasty surgeries, silicone was placed in the nasal bridge both times, but both times, when I touched the bridge, it moved. Rather than the surgery being done wrong, maybe the capsule ruptured or wasn’t strong enough. There’s no inflammation. And even when silicone is placed well, it bends over time. This time, while looking into full removal, I’m a bit worried because I can’t really remember my old nose if the entire bridge is removed. I was recommended to slightly build up the nasal bridge with dermis. But if I do this, would the possibility of the nasal bridge moving or bending like silicone be a bit lower?
